The Restoration Ministry Residency is designed to give recent college graduates practical, hands on ministry experience, while at the same time creating value for Restoration Church Bryan as a whole. Through this opportunity, Restoration’s residents will commit to deepening their walk with Christ, growing in Biblical and theological understanding, helping in their area of ministry, and engaging in life-on-life discipleship with other growing believers within the church. Ultimately, this residency position is designed not as an on ramp to becoming a full-time Restoration staff member, but rather to spur on and launch each resident wherever the Lord leads them next.
